Job Description

Kanadevia Inova is looking for a Warranty Manager to join our Systems and Service Solutions team.

This role is key to ensuring contractual guarantees are delivered while protecting our company’s reputation and maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.

You will be working across our network of plants throughout the UK, with flexibility to work from home when not on-site. Access to our Farnborough office and facilities is also available.

Please note: You must already have the legal right to work in the UK to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving: Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues in a structured and creative way.

  • Project Management: Take ownership of warranty projects in line with Kanadevia Inova’s philosophy.

  • Guarantees: Monitor, follow up, and resolve issues that may impact contractual guarantees.

  • Reputation Management: Safeguard Kanadevia Inova’s interests when dealing with customers and suppliers.

  • Safety Leadership: Deliver all warranty activities to the highest safety standards.

  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant HSE requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and over 5 years in the energy sector, preferably in the Energy from Waste market.

  • Education: BSc in Engineering (or higher).

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Languages: Fluent in English; Other languages are beneficial.
